These bonus terms apply to every promotional credit, free spin and reward at Ozwin Casino. They sit alongside the Terms & Conditions; where a specific promotion sets its own rules, those rules take priority for that offer.

Wagering requirement

Unless an offer states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met. For example, a $50 bonus carries 30 × $50 = $1,500 in qualifying wagers.

Worked example

You deposit $100 and receive a 100% match of $100. With 30x wagering on the bonus, you must place $3,000 in eligible bets before the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable. Eligible bets are counted according to the game weighting below.

Game weighting

Maximum bet during wagering

While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum stake per spin or hand is $5 (or currency equivalent). Bets above this cap may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Maximum cashout

Some no-deposit or free-spin offers cap the amount you can withdraw from bonus winnings. Any balance above the stated cap is removed when the bonus is cleared. Deposit-match offers generally have no win cap unless specified.

Free spins

Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement and validity period. The spin value and eligible pokie are stated with each offer.

Bonus validity and expiry

Unless stated otherwise, a bonus must be claimed within 7 days and its wagering completed within 14 days of activation. Unused or uncleared bonuses expire and are removed along with any associated winnings.

One bonus at a time

Bonus abuse

Eligible deposits and qualifying play

A bonus is granted only on a qualifying deposit that meets the stated minimum and is not subsequently reversed. Deposits made through certain payment methods may be excluded from specific offers; any such exclusions are shown with the promotion. A bonus must be claimed before, or at the time of, the qualifying deposit unless the offer states that it is credited automatically.

Order of play and balance use

Where you hold both real-money and bonus funds, your real-money balance is generally staked first, and bonus funds are used once the real-money balance is exhausted, unless an offer states otherwise. Wagering contribution is tracked while bonus funds are active. You may cancel an active bonus from the cashier or by contacting support; cancelling forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it, while your remaining real-money balance is unaffected.

Restricted games and features

Some games are excluded from bonus play entirely, and certain features — such as bonus-buy or feature-purchase options — may be disabled while a wagering requirement is active. Using an excluded game or a disabled feature with bonus funds may void the bonus and any related winnings. The list of excluded games is available in the cashier and may change from time to time.

Withdrawing with an active bonus

If you request a withdrawal of real-money funds before completing the wagering on an active bonus, you forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings tied to it. Once wagering is complete, bonus winnings convert to withdrawable real-money funds, subject to identity verification and the usual Banking limits.

Eligibility

Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players aged 18 or over who have completed registration. One person, household, device, IP address or payment account may claim a given offer once unless stated otherwise. We may exclude any player from an offer, or recover a granted bonus, where we reasonably believe these terms or the Terms & Conditions have been breached.

Changes

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion and decide player eligibility at our discretion. Where an individual promotion publishes its own rules, those rules apply in addition to these terms and prevail in the event of a conflict for that offer.
