Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Player", "you" or "your") and the operator of Ozwin Casino (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to the website, the opening and use of a player account, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and the use of all services made available through ozwincasino50.com and its related domains, sub-domains and applications (the "Website"). Please read them carefully and in full before you accept them. By ticking the acceptance box during registration, or by accessing or using the services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to every policy incorporated into them by reference.
1. The operator and licence
1.1. The Website is owned and operated by Outback Reels N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under company number 167842, with its registered office at Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, Curaçao.
1.2. Ozwin Casino is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as a Gaming Services Provider under licence number OGL/2024/1389/0567. This licence authorises the Company to offer games of chance to eligible players.
1.3. Ozwin Casino is an offshore online casino. It is not a government body and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any Australian state or federal authority. References to a "casino", "operator" or "platform" mean the services provided by the Company under the licence described above.
1.4. All references to the Player mean any user of the services. All references to the Company mean Outback Reels N.V. and/or the Website, as the context requires.
2. Acceptance and amendments
2.1. These Terms take effect from the moment you register an account and confirm your details, and they remain in force for as long as you hold an account.
2.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the services immediately and refrain from accessing the Website.
2.3. We may modify, supplement or update these Terms at any time, including to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The version published on this page is the version in force. Material changes may be notified by appropriate means, and your continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time.
2.4. These Terms may be published in several languages for convenience. If there is any inconsistency between versions, the English version prevails.
3. Definitions
3.1. "Account" means the personal player account opened and maintained by a Player on the Website. "Games" means any gaming product offered on the Website, including pokies, table games, live dealer games and jackpot games. "Services" means all features, content and products accessible through the Website. "Bonus" means any credit, free spin or promotional benefit granted to a Player. "Wagering requirement" means the number of times an amount must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn. "Real-money balance" means funds deposited and won that are not subject to a wagering requirement.
3.2. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
4. Fair play, void bets and prohibited conduct
4.1. We reserve the right to void any bet in cases of fraudulent, collusive or manipulative conduct, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect such conduct.
4.2. You must not use any software-assisted method or technique, nor any hardware device, in your participation in the Games.
4.3. We prohibit collusion between Players and any other form of collaboration, and we do not permit any bot or programmed device to take part in the Games. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player is acting in collusion with others, we reserve the right to close the Account immediately.
4.4. You must be courteous toward other Players and toward Company staff and avoid abusive, obscene, hateful, threatening, violent or harassing behaviour. We may restrict chat features, suspend or close Accounts that engage in such conduct.
4.5. You must not exploit a fault, loophole or error in the Website, a Game or a promotion. If you become aware of such a fault you must stop play and notify us immediately. Continuing to benefit from a known error is a breach of these Terms and any resulting winnings may be void.
4.6. Conduct that, taken as a whole, is designed to gain an unfair advantage — whether by predictable-outcome strategies, coordinated multi-account play, the use of automated tools, or the deliberate concealment of a connection between Accounts — is treated as a serious breach. We may investigate any such pattern, suspend the relevant Accounts during the investigation, and apply the remedies set out in these Terms once our review is complete.
5. Eligibility
5.1. By accessing and using the services you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or older if a higher minimum legal age applies in your jurisdiction of residence under the laws applicable to you.
5.2. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your country of residence. We accept no liability for any breach by you of any law applicable to you.
5.3. You confirm that you are of sound mind, capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, and able to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
5.4. You confirm that you are not currently subject to an active self-exclusion on any account previously held with us.
5.5. You participate in the Games strictly in a personal, non-professional capacity, for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
5.6. You confirm that you use the Games only in your own name and not on behalf of any other person, entity or company. If we find that you are using your Account for the benefit of a third party, the Account may be suspended or closed.
5.7. You confirm that you are not an employee, officer, agent or close relative of the Company, of any of its group entities, or of any partner, supplier or service provider whose participation could give rise to a conflict of interest. The Company may close any Account opened in breach of this clause and void related bets.
5.8. By accepting these Terms you confirm that the funds you use are your own, are lawfully obtained, and are free from any third-party claim. You further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any organisation or scheme intended to launder funds or evade tax.
6. Your account
6.1. To place bets and deposit funds, you must first register personally and open an Account.
6.2. You may hold only one Account. A single Account is permitted per person, household, address, email address, payment-card number, device and IP address. If you attempt to open more than one Account, all affected Accounts may be suspended or closed and any bets voided. If you become aware that you hold more than one Account, you must notify us immediately.
6.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, correct and current. You agree to inform us promptly of any change to that information.
6.4. You must complete all mandatory fields in the registration form. We carry out verification procedures, and your Account may be suspended or closed if you are found to have supplied false or misleading information.
6.5. During registration you choose login credentials. Keeping those credentials secure is solely your responsibility, and you must not disclose them to anyone. We are not liable for any misuse of your Account by a third party resulting from your disclosure of your credentials, whether intentional or accidental. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, notify us without delay.
6.6. Transferring funds between players, selling, acquiring or transferring Accounts, and pooling of funds are prohibited.
6.7. To take part in a Game you must hold sufficient funds in your Account. You understand and accept the full risk of losing funds deposited.
6.8. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax or duty applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction on any winnings. The Company does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax consequences arising from your use of the services.
6.9. You agree to keep the contact details on your Account accurate and current so that we can reach you about security, transactions and regulatory matters. We may suspend access where we are unable to verify or contact you using the details on file.
6.10. We may set, vary or remove functional limits on your Account — including deposit, stake, loss and session limits — either at your request, on a precautionary basis, or where required by our responsible-gambling obligations. Reductions to a limit take effect promptly; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they apply.
7. Suspension, closure and termination
7.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close an Account at its discretion and at any time; nonetheless, contractual obligations already accrued will be honoured, without prejudice to other rights under these Terms or the law.
7.2. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support in writing. Closing the Account terminates these Terms. If closure relates to concerns about possible gambling-related harm, you should say so, so that the Company can act accordingly.
7.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms, we may suspend or close your Account and, where appropriate, retain affected funds and take any action required by applicable law.
7.4. On closure of your Account for any reason, any remaining real-money balance, less any amounts we are entitled to deduct, will be returned to you using an appropriate verified method, subject to completion of identity and anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus balances and unmet wagering are forfeited on closure.
7.5. Closure of your Account does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before closure, including our right to pursue recovery of amounts owed and to retain records as required by law.
8. Inactive and dormant accounts
8.1. An Account with no login or transaction for a prolonged period may be treated as inactive and then dormant.
8.2. An administrative fee may apply to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulation, after prior notice and on a published scale.
9. Restricted countries and territories
9.1. We are not permitted to allow persons located in certain territories to open Accounts, and we do not permit access to or operation of Accounts from those territories.
9.2. If you are permitted to open an Account because you are registered in a territory where gambling is lawful, but you then travel to a territory where we are not licensed to offer games, access may be refused. The list of prohibited territories may change from time to time.
9.3. We reserve the right to refuse Players from countries prohibited by the regulator, listed by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as high-risk jurisdictions with strategic deficiencies, or subject to United Nations or other international sanctions.
9.4. Without limitation and subject to change at any time, access to the Website and use of the services are prohibited to residents of, among others: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, the United States of America and its territories, and Yemen, together with any territory subject to applicable international sanctions. It is your responsibility to confirm the eligibility of your jurisdiction before registering.
9.5. If we discover that a Player has supplied false information about their place of residence, or has circumvented our geographic restrictions by technical means (VPN, proxy or otherwise), we reserve the right to suspend the Account, void affected winnings and retain funds pending the necessary checks.
10. Identity verification (KYC)
10.1. We apply Know Your Customer procedures. Your Account may be suspended or closed if you provide false or misleading information.
10.2. We may require, at any time, a valid identity document (passport or identity card), a proof of address no more than three months old, and proof of the payment method used. We may use additional procedures and means to verify your identity, both before and after deposits or withdrawals are made.
10.3. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. A withdrawal may be deferred until the required documentation has been provided and approved. You must keep your mandatory information up to date.
10.4. We may carry out checks using third-party verification and fraud-prevention providers, and we may compare the information you supply against reputable databases. By accepting these Terms you authorise these checks to the extent permitted by law.
10.5. Where verification is incomplete or documentation is outstanding, we may apply limits to your Account, withhold withdrawals, or suspend access until the required checks are satisfied. We may also re-verify your identity periodically or where activity changes materially.
10.6. Further detail on our verification obligations is set out in our AML & KYC Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening
11.1. We comply with strict obligations to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We may report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities, suspend an Account and request evidence of the source of funds.
11.2. Funds you use must not be tainted by illegality nor associated with money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity. Our full approach is set out in the AML & KYC Policy.
11.3. We may apply enhanced due diligence to high-value transactions, to sustained patterns of deposit and immediate withdrawal with minimal play, and to activity inconsistent with your stated profile. We may request evidence of the source of funds or source of wealth, and may delay or decline transactions until satisfactory evidence is received.
11.4. We screen Players against applicable sanctions lists and apply additional checks to politically exposed persons. We will not provide services to sanctioned persons or to Players in prohibited jurisdictions, and we may report and freeze funds where required by law.
12. Deposits
12.1. We do not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply its own charges.
12.2. The minimum deposit is stated in the cashier and on the Banking page. We may set applicable minimum deposit levels per method.
12.3. Deposits are made using the methods shown on the Website, which may change at our discretion. Deposited amounts are available in your Account within a reasonable time after confirmation, unless additional verification is required. Certain methods may not be available in all countries.
12.4. You must use only valid financial instruments that lawfully belong to you and are issued in your name.
12.5. It is unlawful and prohibited to deposit funds of illicit origin. The Account is not a bank account: it is not insured, guaranteed or protected by any banking insurance scheme, and funds held in it do not earn interest. We do not accept cash.
12.6. If the Company credits your Account in error, that amount remains the property of the Company and will be debited upon discovery. If you have already withdrawn funds credited in error, the amount becomes a debt owed to the Company. You must notify us immediately of any incorrect credit.
12.7. By depositing, you undertake not to make any chargeback, reversal or dispute of the funds deposited. If you initiate a chargeback or deny a transaction you authorised, we may suspend your Account, recover the disputed amount and any related costs, void affected bets, and refer the matter to the relevant payment scheme or authority.
12.8. We may, at our discretion, refuse a deposit, cap deposit amounts, or require additional verification before crediting funds. Deposits are accepted only for the purpose of funding play on the Website; the Account must not be used as a money-transfer or storage facility.
13. Cryptocurrency payments
13.1. Where cryptocurrency payments are offered, they are governed by our Crypto Policy, which supplements these Terms.
13.2. Crypto deposits are converted to the Account currency at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction. You acknowledge that volatility, network fees and blockchain confirmation times are outside our control.
13.3. Crypto payments are subject to the same KYC and AML obligations as other methods. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address provided; a transaction sent to an incorrect address is irreversible.
14. Withdrawals and fast payouts
14.1. You may withdraw any amount up to your available balance by submitting a valid withdrawal request, subject to our daily, weekly and monthly limits.
14.2. Available withdrawal options are shown on the Website and may vary by country. We aim to provide fast payouts; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed near-instantly after approval, while card and bank methods generally settle within a couple of business days.
14.3. Withdrawals are, as a rule, processed via the same payment method used to deposit, unless we decide otherwise or this is not possible on your side. Where you have deposited via several methods, we may split the withdrawal across those methods in accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy.
14.4. You may request to withdraw all or part of your real-money balance at any time. If you withdraw before completing the wagering on an active bonus, you forfeit the bonus balance. We may apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawals of a real-money balance that has not been wagered at least once.
14.5. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible after receiving the required due-diligence documentation. A withdrawal may be deferred during an investigation, where verification is incomplete, where bonus wagering is unmet, or where we suspect fraud, collusion or breach of these Terms.
14.6. We may set a minimum withdrawal amount and may pay larger balances in instalments in accordance with our published limits and our anti-money-laundering obligations. Pending withdrawals that have not yet been processed may be reversed back to your balance at your request, in which case those funds become available for play and are subject to the associated risk of loss.
14.7. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider or the relevant blockchain network once a withdrawal has been approved and sent from our side.
15. Limits, ceilings and currencies
15.1. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are shown on the Website or provided on request.
15.2. Accounts are held in AUD or another supported currency. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, an automatic conversion may apply at the prevailing rate, which may produce variances outside our control.
15.3. Limits may be applied per Account, per payment method or across linked Accounts. We may lower limits or impose new limits where required by regulation, by a payment provider, or to mitigate risk, and we may communicate such changes by appropriate means.
15.4. Currency-conversion charges, exchange-rate movements and rounding are not borne by the Company and may affect the amounts you deposit or receive. You are responsible for understanding the conversion that applies to your chosen method.
16. Bonuses and promotions
16.1. Bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements and rules set out on the Bonus Terms page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
16.2. Any bonus abuse — including covering most possible outcomes of a game, betting above the permitted cap during the wagering period, using multiple accounts, or any pattern of play designed solely to exploit an offer without genuine risk — may result in the voiding of bonus winnings and closure of the Account.
16.3. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and to determine Player eligibility for a given offer.
16.4. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. We may exclude a Player from a promotion, or recover a granted bonus, where we reasonably believe the Player has acted in bad faith, opened duplicate Accounts, or otherwise breached the spirit of the offer.
16.5. Where a specific promotion publishes its own rules — for example a minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, a maximum win cap, a promo code or a validity window — those rules apply in addition to these Terms and to the Bonus Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific promotion rules prevail for that promotion.
17. Wagering requirements
17.1. Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering is 30x and is calculated on the bonus amount received.
17.2. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering: pokies generally contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The standard completion period is 14 calendar days. Full game weighting appears on the Bonus Terms page.
18. Game rules and fairness
18.1. The rules specific to each Game are available within the Game interface and on the Game Rules page. By launching a Game, you accept the rules applicable to it.
18.2. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent laboratories. Stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect a theoretical long-run calculation and do not predict the result of any individual session.
18.3. Games are supplied by independent third-party studios. The Company is not responsible for changes a studio makes to a Game, nor for the temporary unavailability of a Game caused by the studio or by maintenance. The availability of particular Games may vary by jurisdiction in line with our licensing arrangements.
19. Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
19.1. Any technical malfunction voids the affected plays and pays ("malfunction voids all pays and plays"). Winnings displayed in error due to a malfunction are not payable.
19.2. If a round is interrupted (loss of connection, outage), it resumes at its last saved state when you reconnect. If the round cannot be resumed, the corresponding stake is returned to your balance.
20. Responsible gambling and protection of minors

20.2. Gambling is strictly prohibited for minors. We apply age-verification measures described on the Over 18 Only page.
20.3. If you ask us to apply a self-exclusion or a cooling-off period, we will action it without delay and will not knowingly send you marketing for its duration. You should not attempt to open a new Account while excluded; any such Account may be closed and stakes voided.
20.4. We may, on our own initiative, intervene where play indicates possible harm — for example by setting limits, requesting that you take a break, or suspending the Account — in line with our responsible-gambling obligations.
21. Personal data and privacy
21.1. The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
21.2. By accessing the Website, you accept the conditions under which we collect and process data, and our data-protection principles.
21.3. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money-laundering record-keeping and responsible-gambling requirements), and to manage any disputes. You may exercise your data-protection rights as described in the Privacy Policy; certain data must be retained to meet our obligations.
22. Communications and marketing
22.1. By opening an Account, you agree to receive service-related communications (security, transactions, updates to the Terms).
22.2. You may manage your marketing communication preferences (email, SMS, notifications) at any time from your Account settings or by contacting us.
23. Acceptable use
23.1. You agree to use the Website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Website to transmit, distribute or store any unlawful, defamatory, obscene or rights-infringing content.
23.2. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or associated networks, nor disrupt or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website, including by introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code.
23.3. Any automated use of the Website (scraping, data extraction, bots, scripts) for unauthorised purposes is prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate technical or legal measures against misuse.
24. Intellectual property
24.1. All content on the Website (trade marks, logos, trade names, software, text, graphics, images, sounds and databases) is protected and remains the property of the Company or of its partners and licensors.
24.2. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited and may be pursued.
25. Third-party links and content
25.1. The Website may contain links to third-party sites or integrate content from third-party providers (notably game suppliers). We exercise no control over those sites and content and accept no responsibility for their availability, accuracy or practices.
25.2. Use of third-party services is subject to those third parties' own terms, which you should review.
26. Limitation of liability and indemnity
26.1. You use the Website and services at your own risk. The services are provided "as is" and "as available".
26.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the services, technical interruptions, display errors, or any unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. Our total liability, if any, is in all cases limited to the available balance of your Account.
26.3. We do not warrant that the Website or any Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we are not liable for losses arising from your own equipment, internet connection or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26.4. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that the Company is not responsible for any such loss incurred through ordinary play.
26.5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees and partners against any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
27. Force majeure
27.1. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network or power failures, acts of God, conflicts, decisions of authorities, or failures of third-party providers.
28. Complaints and dispute resolution
28.1. Any complaint should be addressed to our Help Centre within a reasonable time after the relevant event. We aim to handle complaints fairly and promptly.
28.2. In the event of a disagreement about the result of a round, the logs of our servers and of our game providers are decisive and constitute the reference in case of dispute.
28.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the competent resolution body in accordance with our licence and applicable law.
28.4. You agree to raise any complaint with us first and to allow us a reasonable period to investigate before escalating the matter elsewhere. Complaints should include your Account details, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction references so that we can assist efficiently.
29. Errors and displayed prices
29.1. In the event of a manifest error, typographical mistake, misconfiguration of a Game, bonus, odds or displayed amount, we reserve the right to correct the error, void the affected transactions and restore the correct balance of affected Accounts.
29.2. If an error leads to a credit greater than that to which you are entitled, the excess remains our property and will be recovered; you must report any error you notice immediately.
30. Notices and communications
30.1. We may give you notices by email to the address on your Account, by message within your Account, or by posting on the Website. Notices are deemed received when sent or posted. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to check messages from us.
30.2. You should contact us through the channels listed on the Help Centre page. Communications relating to your Account must come from the registered email address so that we can verify your identity.
31. Assignment
31.1. We may assign, transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without affecting your rights. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
32. Severability
32.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will, so far as possible, be deemed not written, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force.
33. Waiver
33.1. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
34. Survival
34.1. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including those concerning liability, indemnity, intellectual property, data, recovery of amounts owed, governing law and dispute resolution — remain in effect after your Account is closed or these Terms are terminated.
35. Insolvency
35.1. In the event of the Company's insolvency, Player balances are dealt with in accordance with applicable regulation. As the Account is not a bank account, it is not covered by a deposit-guarantee scheme.
36. Entire agreement
36.1. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Website and services, and supersede any prior agreement, representation or communication.
37. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
37.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law applicable to the operator's seat and licence.
37.2. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction determined under that law. Where there is any divergence between language versions, the English version prevails.
