These general game rules apply to all Games at Ozwin Casino, in addition to the specific rules shown inside each Game. They form part of the Terms & Conditions.

Fairness and the RNG

Outcomes in pokies and RNG table games are determined by a certified random number generator. The RNG is tested and audited by independent laboratories to confirm that results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Live dealer outcomes are produced by physical equipment (cards, wheels) operated by trained hosts and overseen by the studio.

Return to player (RTP)

Each Game publishes a theoretical RTP — the percentage of total stakes a Game is expected to return to players over a very large number of rounds. RTP is a long-run statistical figure and does not predict the result of any individual session, which can be higher or lower.

Placing a bet

You must have sufficient cleared funds to cover a bet. Once a round begins it cannot be cancelled. It is your responsibility to confirm your stake and any active bet lines or side bets before you commit.

Interrupted rounds

If your connection drops mid-round, the Game saves its state. On reconnection the round resumes from where it left off. If a round cannot be completed for technical reasons, the stake for that round is returned to your balance.

Malfunctions

A malfunction voids all pays and plays affected by it. Any win shown as a result of a hardware or software error is not valid and will not be paid. Where a malfunction is identified, affected transactions are reversed and balances corrected.

Void bets

We may declare a bet void where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, manipulation, the use of prohibited software or devices, or a clear error in odds, payouts or game configuration. Voided bets are returned without winnings.

Game availability

The availability of particular Games can vary by jurisdiction depending on licensing agreements with the providers. Games are supplied by independent third-party studios; we are not responsible for changes those studios make to their titles. In any dispute about a round, the logs of the relevant game provider and our own servers are decisive.

Bonus play

When playing with bonus funds, game weighting and the maximum bet rules in the Bonus Terms apply. Exceeding the maximum bet during wagering may void the bonus and resulting winnings.
